By accessing or using our Services, you agree that although HIPAA applies to Hombres Health, Medical Groups, Providers or Pharmacies, any information you submit to Hombres Health that is not intended and used solely for the provision of diagnosis and treatment by the Medical Group and Providers or prescription fulfillment by the Pharmacies is not considered Protected Information.
